The issue of safe access for people who have a legal right to possess and use medical marijuana has
been treated by our current city council like a game and a joke that hurts the sick and insults the intelligence of just
about everyone that will look at the issue objectively. Below are links working back in time to the beginning of the
Medical Marijuana Shuffle.

On the 3rd trip to CJC, David Paul shows how to lower part 1 crime, only no one wants to hear that safe access, sensible policy
and not turning people into criminals does lower crime. Still, he leaves them smiling content to come again another day. And
by now he has figured out these are the wrong guys to move this along.
On 7-22-09 David Paul asks again for safe access & reason to come to the Lancaster Criminal Justice Commission regarding medical
marijuana with the same result; he is ignored and will feel sorry he wasted getting excited over a ruse.
On 6-10-09, David Paul fights the first round with the Criminal Justice Commission for safe access for Medical Marijuana in
Lancaster Ca. Mr. Paul spoke to them as if they might want to do anything other than stall and pretend to want a real solution
and offered his expert help.

Just the start of the Medical Marijuana Shuffle, nothing more than a good game of false hope wrapped in really nope, hoping
