What it means if he didn't might be worse. Click on these links to watch David Paul call for
common sense and seperation of church and state.
Short version of David Paul asking back in August for a fund to pay for the law suits if the Mayor continues down this path.
3 minute version of same request
David Paul lands one last joke about the separation of Church and State. The Mayor aims to please.
This is the short version of Rex telling me on 2-18-10 "they say you either have faith or you don't." Poor Rex thinks his
faith is the only faith.
This is the half version of Rex telling me on 2-18-10 "they say you either have faith or you don't." Poor Rex thinks his faith
is the only faith.
On Tuesday night 2-23-10 David Paul will deliver further
rebuttal to the Mayors intransigence you won't want to miss
Actually they took pains to make you miss it, so you will have to look at my backside as I speak; sorry

to see David Paul try to forgive an insult by the Mayor from a previous special morning council meeting in-between
the regular meetings and educate him on the origins of Christianity so he will not proceed with ballot Measure I and get our
city sued by the ACLU, but instead is served more insult when he is denied his face being shown on camera. For a Mayor
that is proud of his control over city hall, this is no accident. The first lesson any videographer learns is that the long
shot without any transition, pan or zoom is the worst shot you can take. When you shoot the long shot on someone's back and
leave it there without motion, that is how you portray someone that you are purposely trying to make look small, marginal,
insignificant and undesirable to look at for long. When you "lose face" you are no one.

Copy of open letter to the City of Lancaster CA David Paul presented on February 18th
2010
Open
letter to Mayor R. Rex Parris and the City of Lancaster CA. February 18, 2010 As a concerned citizen and a candidate for mayor of this city in the 2010 election
seeking resolution and reconciliation for its citizens I request the following:First, I request that Mayor R. Rex Parris and the City of Lancaster declare Measure I untenable and withdraw all support
of it.Second, I request that Mayor R. Rex Parris work on his own time
to raise the funds that still may be needed to pay for the legal challenges that arise from this matter even if the Mayor
and the City take immediate favorable action regarding request number one.Third, to facilitate public healing, I request a public meeting shortly after the Mayor and City agree to declare Measure
I untenable and withdraw support for it so the public may express their feelings with regards to this matter. This will provide
catharsis for all concerned. And forth, notwithstanding the first three,
I request, as I did three times during the candidates' orientation at city hall on 2-2-10, without satisfaction, the name
of the insurance carrier that will pay the claims the ill-conceived ballot measure I will cost. It is my intention to contact
them directly and ask what effect it will have on our premiums and ability as a city to carry insurance at all. I can vividly remember during the last election asking the assembled city staff
and council to tell me how much money the city spent on water a year and what the plan was to pay for it if the price doubled
or increased five or ten fold, with no one having an answer or having considered an increased cost. I cannot except this time
that no one has considered the cost of what these legal challenges might be, and if you cannot provide me the answer I must
ask our insurer so that someone will know.On the bright side, the open
meeting to declare Measure I untenable will provide the City a chance to promote the other ballot measures with a simple restatement
of position, which could be as simple as to have no position. David Paul

These two links below show R, Rex
Parris explaining what a fallacious
argument is, and him not
understanding when someone explains
it to him.
David Paul watches R. Rex Parris use selective logic; the simplest kind
R. Rex Parris says appeal to authority is a fallacious argument and yet the fallacious argument and the appeal to authority
upon which he bases his religious right to go against the law and the United States Constitution and mix church and state
is based entirely on one. Someone may have to explain this to him.
